Do you accept residents with dementia?

Yes. We are licensed by the State of California to care for residents with dementia, and a smaller home can often feel calmer and more familiar than a large community.

Is hospice care supported?

Yes. We can support residents receiving end-of-life care while working alongside the hospice provider chosen by their family. Care is centered on comfort, dignity, and clear family communication.

Do you offer short-term or respite stays?

Yes, when a room is available. Respite stays may last from a few days to several weeks and can help when family caregivers need a break, during recovery, or when someone wants to try residential care before making a longer-term decision. Call to ask about current availability.

Are rates all-inclusive?

Your monthly rate covers the room, three home-cooked meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry, activities, and daily personal care. Additional fees may apply when a resident needs a higher level of support, such as two-person transfers or specialized memory care. Every family receives a written breakdown before move-in, so there are no surprises afterward.

What is needed before move-in?

A physician-completed medical assessment, TB test, Community Care Licensing paperwork, and the facility contract are required before admission.

Can families visit before deciding?

Yes. Families are encouraged to schedule a private tour, meet the caregivers, see the home, and ask about current room availability before making a decision.

Yes, and most people do. Families often call before they have made any decisions. Whether you are a family member or a hospital discharge planner working to a deadline, we can explain care levels, current availability, and the next steps. There is no obligation.
