Your monthly rate covers the room, three home-cooked meals and snacks, housekeeping and laundry, activities, and daily personal care. Additional fees may apply when a resident needs a higher level of support, such as two-person transfers or specialized memory care. Every family receives a written breakdown before move-in, so there are no surprises afterward.
A physician-completed medical assessment, TB test, Community Care Licensing paperwork, and the facility contract are required before admission.
